I am SOOOO excited to share this DELICIOUS recipe with you today. I call it.....
Clean Your Fridge Out Gelatin !
It's such an easy lunch that you can just throw together the night before and pop it in the fridge.
Plus, it is very well balanced once you add veggies, some carbs, and some protein.
:))
Grab your favorite jello package and let's begin!
First make Jello according to package directions and spray a mold (I used a bread pan but bundt is beautiful too) with nonstick cooking spray. Once the jello has been poured in the pan, start going through that fridge. Put in all them leftovers that noone is gonna eat unless you heat it up again and serve it to them *facepalm*
Now there is fridge space for the jello mold because you have emptied out those tupperwares !
(this is so exciting, can't you tell?!)
The next day serve it up with a little mayo, mustard, and tabasco (if you want a little kick). This is such a nice variation from tuna sandwiches and those PBJs too.
Mmm..
It really is delicious, just ask Stetson!
GET IN MY BELLY. NOW.
(Update: Happy April Fools)

You didn't list the ingredients for this recipe. I know I can use the contents of my fridge, such as tuna pasta salad, taco meat, oatmeal, pancakes, ham, and mashed sweet potatoes, but i really want to know the ingredients of yours. It looks so so good!
ReplyDeleteHello Laura,
DeleteI had some green beans, a chicken bone for flavor, spaghetti, pinto beans, lettuce, some rotting green onions, and a corn tortilla. SO YUM! (but I guess we can quit pretending it was yummy now that April Fool's Day is over. HA.)
